The file contains a draft charter of the Rus' (in the sense of Ukrainian) theater of the Rus'ka Besida society in Lviv - "Drama School". At the general meeting, the Rus'ka Besida society elects a committee that is oriented towards business and will resolve all current issues (theater repertoire, stage decoration, theater box office, accepts new employees - actors and those working near the stage, tickets, posters, buffet and other things, manages the theoretical drama school (lectures, teachers); the duties of the theater director are prescribed). У справі міститься проєкт статуту руського (в значенні українського) театру товариства «Руська Бесіда» у м. Львів - «Школа драматична». На загальних зборах товариство «Руська Бесіда» обирає комітет який орієнтується в справах та буде вирішувати усі поточні питання (репертуар театральний, оздоблення сцени, про касу театральну, приймає з подачі директора, нових працівників – акторів та тих що працюють біля сцени, білети, афіші, буфет та інші речі, керує теоретичною драматичною школою (лекції, учителі); прописані обовʼязки директора театру). Некоректний заголовок архівної справи.
