Condition of original material: Manuscript. The text is written in black ink and (gray) pencil. Individual notes, underlining, crossing out, and markings are made in pencil (gray), red, blue, and black ink. The file contains postcards and telegrams. Printed forms are filled in with black ink. Sheet 8 contains watermarks. Individual sheets have been photographed several times to reproduce a clear and distinct text (folios 20-26). The sheets are narrow strips of paper, some glued together vertically (fol. 20). The sheets are yellowed, contain yellow, brown, and ink stains. The text is blurred (folios 18, 25), pale in places. The sheets are pasted with transparent and white paper on the left side. Individual sheets are pasted with transparent paper on the top, bottom, and right sides of the sheet. In some sheets, part of the sheet is torn off: upper right corner (folios 53, 115, 116); upper left corner (fol. 82); top (folios 6, 7, 25, 39, 40, 50, 52, 53, 82, 105, 106); part of the sheet is cut out in the middle of the sheet and on the right side (folios 39, 40).
