The content tells about the judgment or mediation of any cases without eyewitness. The masters advised to make the judgment by adroitness. Example, a hermit saw a hatsadiling bird and a crocodile quarrelling and wresting the body of an elephant. Each claimed that the elephant belonged to one. So, they asked the hermit to make the judgment. The hermit did not any have eyewitness who could indicate that the hatsadiling bird or the crocodile killed the elephant. So, the hermit examined the wound on the elephant. If the wound made by the ivory that means the elephant was killed by the hatsadiling bird. If the wound made by the teeth that means the crocodile killed the elephant. Finally, the hermit found out that the elephant was killed by the hatsadiling bird. So, he judged the hatsadiling bird was the killer and the elephant belonged to the bird.
