Puggalapaññatti (A designation of human types) is the fourth book of the Abhidhamma. Description of the qualities of individual and personality types. Some of the content is written in Pali and some in Lao. The determination of the characteristics of personality types consists of six sections. 1. Puggalapaññatti: The notion of human types. 2. Khandhapaññatti: The notion of the 5 aggregates. 3. Ayatanapaññatti: The notion of the 12 sense-organs. 4. Dhātupaññatti: The notion of the 18 elements. 5. Saccapaññatti: The notion of the 4 truths. 6. Indriyapaññatti: The notion of the 22 sense-organs. Colophon: Folio 33 on the recto side: Sangkat (CS) 1256, a kap sanga year, on the tenth day of the waning moon of the tenth lunar month, a huang mot day, the first day of the week (Sunday), the writing of this manuscript was accomplished at the time of kòng ngai (between 7.30–9.00 o’clock). The initiator, Chao Hua Si Nòrakhut and all his children and relatives had the ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Abhidhamma to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May our wishes and desires come true, certainly and constantly. This manuscript belongs to two sisters namely Nun Khammi and Nun Chanthi.
