The content tells about the Dhamma principles that are used for practicing meditation such as Nivarana: the five hindrances, Upakilesa: the 16 mental defilements, the thirty-two constituents of the body, and the Tilakkana: the three charateristics. Colophon: Folio 19 on the recto side: Buddhist Era (BS) 2517, a kap nyi year, the eighth day of the waxing moon of the seventh lunar month, the fifth day of the week (Thursday), the writing was accomplished at the time of kòng ngai (between 7.30–9.00 o’clock). The initiator, Pha (Monk) Man Muthuchitto from Vat Sangkhalok, who was head of the ecclesiastical sub-district of Sangkhkalok had a view ad thought that this scripture of the Dhamma of Tainyalaksana (Three characteristics) is for all Buddhist lay men and women who present are leaders of Buddhism.
