The content tells a person who practices meditation and aims for nirvana must have the purity of morality along with good conduct by the body, good conduct in words and mental good conduct. When the practitioner has purity, then the mind would abandon ignorance and craving which are the mental state, the natural conditions that affect the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind. When the mental defilements have been complete, then the nine supramundane states consisting of the foursold path, the fourfold fruition and nirvana will arise.
