ແວ່ນພະຍາມານ ວິໄຊຍະກະຖາ

The text is partly in Pali and partly in Lao, referring to Phanya Man Visa (King Maravijaya). The Phanya Man Visa had the head of an elephant and had thee daughters named Tanha, Raga and Oradi. Once, the three sisters went to the presence of the Buddha and said to him that, the peaceful monk, we all come here to serve you. But the Buddha was not happy because he finished the passion. So the three daughters of Mara went away and planned to harass the Buddha in various ways, but they did not succeed. Colophon: Folio 62 on the verso side: Chunlasangkatrasa year 1940 (possibility is AD 1940), a ma long year (Year of the Serpent), on the first day of the waning moon of the tenth lunar month. Sathu Nyai (the Most Venerable) is the sponsor. Mom (Monk) Bunthan is the scribe with the ardent religious faith in the writing. May I reach the greatest bliss that is Nibbāna.
