The Abhidhamma on the paramattha-dhamma, the ultimate realities consist of four categories including citta (consciousness), cetasika (mental factore), rūpa (matter) and nibbāna. In other words, they are citta-paramattha 89, cetasika-paramattha 52, rūpa-paramattha 28, and nibbāna 1. Colophon: Folio 53 on the recto side: Buddhist Era (BE) 2487, a kap san year, the ninth day of the waxing moon the twelfth lunar month, the fourth day of the week (Wednesday), the writing was accomplished at the time of kòng ngai (between 7.30–9.00 o’clock). The initiator, Sangkharasa (abbot) Phothipannya from Vat Phonsai sponsored the making of this manuscript entitled Paramatthasadok to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May the results of this merit be a condition for Nibbāna and cut the five obstructions off and reach Nibbāna along my wish. May I attain arahantship. May this be a condition for us to reach Nibbāna, constantly and certainly the greatest bliss.
