The chronicle of the footprint at Hang Hung (Hawk nest) Hill. The text tells the story of the footprint at Hang Hung (Hawk nest) Hill or the four footprints at the monastery the four footprints, the Mount of Vebhara in Mae Rim distict, Chiang Mai province where is the place of the four footprints of the four previous Buddhas established. The four Buddhas are Kakusanda Buddha, Konagamana Buddha, Kassapa Buddha ,and Gotama Buddha. The content also tells about a monk who dreamed and saw a whilte man advised him to pay respect the footprints at Hang Hung Hill. Colophon: Folio 1 on the recto side: Chunlasangkat (CS) 1214, a tao chai year, the fourth day of the waxing moon of the seventh lunar month, a kap san day, [the writing was accomplished] at the time of tut sai to kòng laeng (between 12.00–13.30 o’clock). Mae-òk Thao I Un along with her children and grandchildren had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript [entitled] Tamnan phanya In. May our wishes come true. Nibbāna is the greatest bliss certainly, amen.
