Phutthaphisek or Buddhābhiseka prayer with the whole text written in Pali language is used to recite by monks at the Buddhābhiseka ceremony in order to make the Buddha statues and amulets sacred. The content tells the nine virtues of the Buddha and thirty perfections. The nine virtues of the Buddha starting with āraham means “the Buddha had eradicated all the defilements” and ending with bhagavā means “the person with blessed”. The thirty perfections starting with dāna parami means “to give, to share with enjoying” and ending with upekkha parami means “equanimity” Colophon: Folio 24 on the recto side: Sangkatrasa (CS) 1219, a moeng sai year, the fifth day of the week (Thursday), the writing was accomplished at the time of tut sai (between 12.00–13.30 o’clock). Phò Khamtü and Mae Kham, together with their children had the most ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript [entitled] Supphasut, to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May this be a condition for us to reach Nibbāna certainly and constantly.
