The rewards derived from making a way for monks to walk for their collecting alms. On one occasion, the Buddha was residing at the Jetavana monastery in Savatthi spoke about a man and gave this sermon. There was a poor man who lived in Savatthi had the religious faith in the Teachings of the Buddha. He made the way smoothly in order to the noble monks past through during their alms rounds. After death, the poor man was reborn in Tavamtimsa heaven with a gold castle decorated with seven kinds of crystal, 12 yot hight and 7 yot width.
