The text mentions the worship of gods in order to ask for blessings from the gods, to be happy, to have a long life, to be rich in gold and silver, to have a title and servants, and to have properties more than twenty thousand times and hundreds of thousands times. Moreover, there are many titles in this manuscripts including Sut khao 5 vat, Sut khao sadòkhò, Sut khwan, Sut khao 45, Sut khwan ap, and Supsata. Colophon: Folio 26 on the verso side: Pha (Monk) Vandi from Vat Khomsela is the scribe. He made this manuscript for Sathu Somdet Pha Sangkharat (Suprem Patriarch) from Vat Mai.

Extent: 1 palm-leaf manuscript containing 26 leaves.

Size and dimensions of original material: Hight 4.7 cm, width 29.5 cm, depth 1 cm.

Condition of original material: The first folio has dirts on the surface. The last folio is damaged at the left end.
