ຕໍານານພະຍາອິນ

ເນື້ອໃນກ່າວເຖິງ ພະຍາອິນຜູ້ເປັນໃຫຍ່ໃນເມືອງຟ້າຕາວະຕິງສາ ຊື່ວ່າ ສຸຣິນໂທ ໄດ້ຮູ້ຍັງເຫດການອັນຈັກເປັນໂກລະຫົນອົນຕາຍທີ່ເກີດມີແກ່ຄົນທັງຫລາຍໃນເມືອງມະນຸດ. ພະຍາອິນຈຶ່ງແຕ່ງແປງເປັນສຸພະອັກຄະຄໍາສອນແລ້ວໃຫ້ວິສຸກໍາມະເທວະບຸດນໍາລົງມາເຜີຍແຜ່ໃຫ້ມະນຸດທັງຫຼາຍໄດ້ປະພຶດປະຕິບັດ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ຫລອດພົ້ນຈາກໄພພິບັດທັງຫຼາຍທີ່ຈັກເກີດຂຶ້ນນັ້ນ ເຊັ່ນ ຢ່າໄດ້ປະໝາດ ໃຫ້ບູຊາຍັງແກ້ວ ໓ ປະການ ແລະພ້ອມກັນທໍາບຸນໃຫ້ທານ, ຈະເລີນເມດຕາ ພາວະນາ, ຮັກສາສີນ ໕, ສີນ ໘, ເຂົ້າວັດຟັງທໍາ ລະລຶກຄຶດເຖິງຄຸນພະພຸດທະເຈົ້າ, ພະທໍາມະເຈົ້າແລະພະສັງຄະເຈົ້າ, ເຄົາລົບຢໍາແຢງຜູ້ເຖົ້າ ຜູ້ແກ່, ພໍ່ແມ່, ປູ່ຍ່າແລະຕາຍາຍ. ຖ້າປະຕິບັດໄດ້ເຊັ່ນນີ້ກໍ່ຈັກພົ້ນຈາກໄພພິບັດທັງປວງ, ແມ່ນວ່າຈຸຕິຕາຍໄປ ກໍ່ຈັກໄດ້ໄປເກີດໃນຊັ້ນຟ້າ ສະເຫວີຍທິບພະສົມບັດ. ຄໍາລົງທ້າຍ: ລານທີ່ ໑໔ ໜ້າ ໑: ສັງກາດໄດ້ ໑໒໑໒ ຕົວປີກົດເສັດ ເດືອນຍີ່ ແຮມ ໗ ຄໍ່າ ວັນ ໖. ພະຫັດພູມີເປັນຜູ້ຣິດຈະນາແລ ຕໍານານພະຍາອິນເຈົ້າເຮີຍ ໜັງສື ຍ່າອີແກ້ວດວງສີ ມີໃຈໃສສັດທາເປັນອັນຍິ່ງຈຶ່ງໄດ້ສ້າງໜັງສື ພະຍາອິນ ໄວ້ກັບສາສະໜາພະພຸດທະເຈົ້າ ເທົ້າ ໕ ພັນ.

The text tells about Indra, the king of devas in Tavatimsa heaven, named Surindo witnesses the tumultuous events which will occur to all human beings in the world. The Indra therefore made his message and sent it with Vishnu to human beings to follow in order to be free from all disasters that will happen. Such as, human beings should not be heed and should worship the Triple gems and at the same time should perform meritorious deeds by giving alms, practice meditation, observe the five precepts and the eight precepts, and go to the temple for listening to the Dhamma, and to recall the virtues of the Buddha, of the Dhamma, and of the Sangha, and pay respect to elders, parents, grandfathers and grandmothers. By following these, they will be free all disasters, even though after the death, they will be reborn in the heavenly realm.
