Dhamma Rattana Sutta starts with the words, “Yānīdha bhūtāni samāgatāni Bhummāni vā yāni va antalikkhe Tathāgataṃ devamanussa-pūjitaṃ Buddhaṃ namassāma suvatthi hotu” translate, “We beings that are here assembled, whether terrestrial or celestial, salute the Accomplished Buddha, who is honoured by gods and men. May there be well-being!” Colophon: Folio 25 on the recto side: Sangkatrasa (CS) 1271, a kat hao year, the fifth day of the waxing moon of the tenth lunar month, a moeng sai day, the first day of the week (Sunday), a tao chai day, the writing was accomplished at the time of kòng ngai (between 7.30–9.00 o'clock). Princess Khamvaen had the most ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of the manuscript-bundle entitled Dhamma Rattanasut to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May all my wishes and desires come true. Nibbāna paccayo hontu no niccaṃ dhuvaṃ paramaṃ sukhaṃ (May this be a condition for us to reach Nibbāna constantly and certainly, the greatest bliss).
