The content tells about the story of Revata Kumara, the younger brother of Venerable Saliputta Thera, was the son of a Brahmin named Vanganta who was head of Nalanda village and Miss Sari in Magadha. When he was seven old, his father and mother planned for Revata to attend the wedding ceremony in order to prevent him from going to become a Buddhist monk like his brother. In the wedding ceremony, Revata saw an old woman aged about 120 years old with withered flesh, came to bless him and his bride, he thought that his bride would become like this old woman, so he got bored and left his wife to become a monk. After his ordination, Novice Revatta practiced meditation in the forest for 3 months and became an arahant. Later, he became a Buddhist monk named Phra Revatakhadiravaniya Thera who was praised by the Buddha as a foremost in living in the forest. Extent: 1 palm-leaf manuscript containing 26 leaves.
