Tirakkhana sutta tells about the death and rebirth of all living beings. The Buddha preached to bhikkhu and all the Buddhists that, being born as human beings in this world is suffering with endless cycle of birth and death. Some existences, they are born as beasts, ghosts and demons according to the results of their actions in the past. Therefore, in order to get rid of the suffering, you must follow the principles of Majjhimā-patipadā (the middle way) or Atthaṅgika-magga (the noble eightfold path), which is the way of enlightenment and Ariyasacca (the fourfold noble truth).
