ເນື້ອໃນກ່າວເຖິງ ປະຖົມສັງຄາຍະນາ. ພະອຸບາລີເຖລະໄດ້ຮັບນິມົນຈາກຄະນະສົງໃຫ້ສາທະຍາຍພະວິໄນ. ພະຜູ້ຖາມ ໄດ້ຖາມພະອຸບາລີເຖລະກ່ຽວກັບວ່າພະພຸດທະເຈົ້າຊົງບັນຍັດອາບັດປາຣາຊຶກຢູ່ໃສ. ອາບັດປາຣາຊຶກ ໝາຍເຖິງຄວາມຜິດຮ້າຍແຮງທີ່ຈະຕ້ອງຖືກຂັບໄລ່ອອກຈາກພະພິກຂຸ, ຫຼືຄວາມພ່າຍແພ້. ຄໍາລົງທ້າຍ: ລານທີ ໔ ໜ້າ ໒: ອ້າຍຈົວພັນເປັນຜູ້ຂຽນແລະເຈົ້າເຮີຍ.

The text tells about the first Buddhist Council. Phra Upali Thera was invited by the Sangha to recite the Vinaya. The questioner monk asked Phra Upali Thera about where the Buddha prescribed the Parajika (a grave offence involving expulsion from monkhood; Defeat).
