This work Agathiyar Vaidyham of Agathiyar is siddha medicinal works and dealt with preparation of medicine such as parpam using metals, thailams etc and the diseases to be cured in 205 stanzas. This manuscript has only 70 stanzas. வெங்கலம், ஈயம், தாமிரம், நாகம், வெள்ளி, வங்கம், கெந்தகம், பவளம் முதலான உலோகங்களின் பற்ப வகைகள் குறித்தும், தயில வகைகள் குறித்தும், பிள்ளை இல்லாதவர்க்கு மருந்து குறித்தும் அகத்தியர் எடுத்துரைத்த 205 பாடல்கள் கொண்டதாக அகத்தியர் வைத்தியம் அமைந்துள்ளது.  இச்சுவடியில் 70 பாடல்கள் மட்டுமே உள்ளன.
