Cover is made of writing paper of the end of 20-th century. The text on the cover is written with black ballpoint pen by Leonid Shutov (?) in 5 lines: «Old Believers / Music notes / (so-called "Kryuki"). Recorded by Vera / Skobelkina / in 1920. The text is framed with a black ballpoint pen around the edges of the sheet.
Extent: 1 sheet folded in half, soft homemade cover.

Condition of original material: Condition – satisfactory. The copy is full. Yellow and warp paper, spots.
