Title in original script: வர்மாணி நூல் The manuscript is formed by a text composed of palm leaves numbered from 1 to 13 and a leaf, broken, without a number; the leaves 9 and 10 are missing. The manuscript is in condition. The leaves have been damaged by fungus, notably the first one, but the reading of the text is not affected. Size of the manuscript 18,2cm x 2,9cm. The palm leaves of the text are numbered in Tamil and Arab from 1 to 13; the leaves 9 and 10 are missing. The manuscript is in condition. The right part of the leaves has been damaged by mould, but the reading of the text is not affected. The text, entitled Varmāṇi Nūl, is written in verses. It provides information on anatomy (uṭal kūṟu), and details some blood vessels (nāṭi) and nerves (narampu). It lists vital spots (varmaṅkaḷ) by specifying their names (peyar), their location in the body (iruppidam) and their numbers (tokai) in each part of the body.
