Pages 1 to 6, and 23 to 24, are torn halfway on the leftside from the fold. On other pages, the fold is torn. The manuscript is written crosswise, except for page 36 written lengthwise. This manuscript was given to danaok by an unknown man living in Phuoc Nhon Village. Mr. Thanh Nghiem is the supervisor of danaok (called Tam nei), which is how he came to possess this manuscript. Author is unknown.
