Set on a Hill: the Record of Fifty Years in the Lushai Country [1944]

This book came out of the author's 1928 visit to Lushai Hills, where she was asked to compile a book outlining a history of the previous decades' work. The book is thus an important record of the early days of Christianization in Lushai Hills (today's Mizoram), and contains valuable information on the geography and people of Lushai Hills, the introduction of Christianity to the region, and the contemporary challenges facing the Mizo church at the time of writing.

One bound book, measuring 110mm x 185mm.

Good condition. Some underlining in yellow highlighter.
