Contains a list of Lakher Pioneer Mission workers, mission expenditures, workers' wages, employee records (i.e., lateness, sickness), The back of the book had loose papers which were digitized in order. This record was found in a cardboard trunk, a full 1/5 of which had been completely shredded by rats. Note that there was no power in Saikao on the evening of 17 Oct., 2011 when EAP454 was first invited to digitize material; flashlights and emergency lamps were employed, and thankfully the resulting images remain quite legible.

The booklet has been heavily modified in parts by razor blade. First ten pages have been chewed through by rats.
