Description: María Salomé Loredo y Otaola de Subiza (1854 - 1928), popularly known as Mother María, was a woman who due to her spiritual and physical cures and miracles became object of devotion in Argentina and, in particular, the province of Buenos Aires. This is a handmade envelope that contains photos and newspapers’ and magazines’ articles and clippings on her personal story and her intense relationship with her followers and believers in the first decades of the 20th century.
