Description: This handmade envelope contains one stationary envelope and loose material; both of them comprising photographs, magazines’ and newspapers’ clippings and articles, and a (bibliographic?) reference card with information on the urban neighbours' resistance to the smog produced during the transition from a traditional society to a modern one. Various committees were formed in order to eliminate the smog launching a campaign named "War to Soot" in different neighbourhoods of the city of Buenos Aires. It also includes material on smoke and its use as a weapon during the Second World War. Extent of original: Handmade envelope . Condition of original: Regular to bad condition.
