Her letters to family members, particularly to “Maa Chabi” (Kalyani Kazi) and her son “Nini” (Kazi Aniruddha), candidly describe the family’s financial hardships and health struggles. One poignant letter documents Nazrul’s wandering off to Shailajananda Mukherjee's house and getting lost, which provides a rare insight into his condition.
