These letters relating to Kazi Sabyasachi, Kazi Aniruddha, Pramila Nazrul Islam and Nazrul Academy were originally in the possession of the poet's family in India until they were entrusted to the Nazrul Academy, and then to Kazi Nazrul University, Asansol, India. They chiefly feature familial issues and ill health of the poet and his wife.
