También se declara que los 3 hijos menores del difunto, Lucía, Pedro y María Antonia, poseían esclavizados llamados Antonia (6 años), Blas (11 años) y María (13 años). Por último, Toro Zapata fue nombrada tutora de los hijos menores y herederos del difunto. Incluye petición de entrega de los bienes signada por Mateo de Castrillón en nombre de la viuda.
