Dentro de los bienes figuran varias personas esclavizadas: María Reimunda, Catalina, Constanza, Basilia, Lorenza, Melchor, Diego, Domingo, Juan Eugenio, Miguel y Basilio. La difunta también poseía reses, caballos, mulas, joyas, una casa cubierta de hoja de iraca en el sitio El Salado (Sopetrán) y una canoa. Isabel hizo la salvedad de que había donado a su sobrina Rita Pérez una esclavizada llamada Lorenza. Además, reconoció como heredero a su único hijo, José Manuel de Ávila Rodil. Incluye recibos de pago de las costas del funeral y la tasación del proceso.

Extent: 67 paper folios.

Condition of original material: Deteriorated. The first few folios are stained and affected by iron gall ink, with small tears. Folios 320, 336-338, 340-341, 351, 356, 356, 358, 362, 381, 383 and 387 are affected by iron-gall ink. Folio 328 is torn at the lower margin. Folio 358 has folds and tears. The ink on folios 385v and 387r is blurred, so that some fragments are illegible.
