Contiene testamento cerrado, inventario y avalúo de bienes en los que se mencionan 49 personas esclavizadas, una mina y 2 rancherías ubicadas en Buriticá y San Lorenzo, un solar, 2 casas de tapia y telas. Incluye oposiciones y partición de los bienes del difunto. Cabe anotar la mención de 2 esclavizados que no figuraban originalmente en el inventario, uno se encontraba con Miguel Pimienta, hijo del difunto; y el otro en Cartagena, ciudad a la que había huido.

Extent: 142 paper folios.

Condition of original material: Deteriorated. There are signs of humidity, especially in the central part. Some folios are affected by iron gall ink, especially folios 203- 257-296, 307. Folios 168 and 278 have stains and tears. Folio 300 is torn at the bottom. Folio 308 is illegible.
