Mortuoria abintestato de Juan José Piñero. Contiene inventario y avalúo de bienes entre los que figuran un pedazo de solar, 2 casas, ropa, mulas y caballos, que fueron rematados en almoneda. Cabe destacar que dentro de dichos bienes se encontraban 2 poderes de Cristóbal Pedroso, vecino de Cartagena, para que Piñero vendiese a un hombre esclavizado llamado Lorenzo.
Extent: 105 paper folios.
Condition of original material: Very badly damaged. The first few folios have stains which make some passages partially illegible. Folios 426 and 443 are torn in the upper right-hand corner. Folio 460 is illegible. Folios 436 to 503 have a tear in the centre.
