Contiene testamento, inventario y avaluó de bienes entre los cuales se encuentran 22 personas esclavizadas, uno de ellos siendo capitán de minas, en una mina en el sitio de las Petacas y en Sopetrán, además de la declaración de que un hombre esclavizado llamado Silvestre había huido, partida de una de las hijas del difunto a Sopetrán declaración para que sus bienes fueran trasladados a la Ciudad de Antioquia.

Condition of original material: Deteriorated state, worn paper, with ink stains, with serious holes in the central part of folios 1-3 as well as holes in most of the folios, serious tears in folio 1, with moisture damage in the lower part of the folios, in addition to serious damage by ferrogalic ink in most of the folios, with moisture damage in the lower part of the folios.
