Condition of original material: Deteriorated state with ink stains and damage from iron gall ink on most of the folios. Note: Folios 370, 371 and 372 are destroyed, one photograph was taken for all three. Folios 379, 380, 381, 382 and 383 are destroyed and appear in a single photograph.
