Condition of original material: Badly deteriorated state, worn paper, with ink stains, folds in the folio, holes in the right side of the folios, tears in most of the folios, folios 158, 160, 162-16, 178-251, 255, 258-261, 264-291 destroyed by iron gall ink, binding problems in folios 189-191, plus severe moisture damage in the lower part of the folios. Note: Due to the poor condition of the document, folios 269 to 273 have been photographed in a single image.
