Mortuoria abintestato del tesorero Pedro Martínez de Upegui. Contiene inventario de bienes en el que figuran varias personas esclavizadas; así como concurso de acreedores; poder otorgado por la viuda Antonia Mejía de Tovar a su hermano Juan Mejía de Tovar, y avalúo de bienes. Cabe anotar que los folios 64 y 65 no corresponden con esta mortuoria, en su lugar, se menciona el caso de 1681 relacionado con una mujer indígena herida.
Extent: 47 paper folios.
Condition of original material: Deteriorated. It has stains, tears and creases, especially at the bottom. The ink is smudged (ff. 30v-31v; 34r-34v). Very deteriorated between folios 39r and 41v, 45r and 49v, partly due to iron gall ink. Folios 66 and 67 are torn at the lower margin.
