Requerimiento hecho por Juan Francisco Berdayas de Posada, juez subdelegado de bienes de difuntos de la ciudad de Antioquia, para que el alcalde ordinario Diego Francisco de Cepeda le entregara los autos relacionados con la mortuoria del mercader Pedro Fernández de Oporto, originario de España, quien falleció en Guasimal, ciudad de Antioquia, sin dictar testamento. Cepeda rechazó dicha petición bajo el argumento de que dicha causa correspondía a la justicia ordinaria y no al juez de bienes de difuntos, porque el hermano y el tío del difunto, Luis de Oporto y Antonio de Oporto, residían en Santa Fe y Mompox, respectivamente. Se menciona como precedente la causa mortuoria de Cristóbal García Gómez.
