Deed of conveyance of land that María Josefa de Tapia Penagos, daughter of Lorenzo de Tapia y Penagos, granted to her brother, Miguel Jerónimo de Tapia y Penagos. She declared that she could not benefit from the land estates bequeathed by her father, located in the city of Santa Fe in the New Kingdom of Granada. She averred that with them her brother could endow a chaplaincy that would allow him to be ordained a priest.
Escritura de cesión de tierras que María Josefa de Tapia Penagos, hija de Lorenzo de Tapia y Penagos, le concedió a su hermano, Miguel Jerónimo de Tapia y Penagos. Declaró que no podía beneficiarse de las estancias de tierra que le heredó su padre, ubicadas en la ciudad de Santa Fe del Nuevo Reino de Granada. Aseguró que con ellas su hermano podría fundar una capellanía que le permitiera ordenarse sacerdote.
