The petition of the sons of Kaplan Baratashvili by the verdict of Nadir Shah. The request refers to the gathering of scattered peasants from Kazakh district and Borchalo.

Condition of original material: It has been restored before. The folds are broken. On the left edge, below, the ink of the text is faded. On the back page, the inscriptions and the seal are faded. Hard to read./ There is a tughra on the front page, 4 seals on the back.
