According to the petition (arza) of Ali-Khan, Vali of Kakheti with Ibrahim’s (grand official, probably during the reign of Teymuraz II) resolution, , which refers to the transfer of the inhabitants of the Turkmen Eli settlements (the skyline is given), the lands and the river under the control of Ali-Khan.

Size and dimensions of original material: height 31.8 cm, midth 19.5 cm.

Condition of original material: The document has been previously restored. Every place of folding is broken; The ink is in normal condition. The seal on the right side is missing there is one stamp on the first page of the document.
