Condition of original material: The title on the cover sheet of the file is incorrect, as is the dating. The documents in the file are not arranged chronologically. The documents are printed with a typographic print. There is typewritten text. Printed forms are filled out by typewriter. A printed form is filled out by hand with black ink. The sheets are covered with numerous yellow stains. Underlining and additions are made with red and gray pencils; signatures are in blue and black ink. The sheets are glued on the left side with white paper. The glued paper covers all sides of the sheet (fol. 40).
