Condition of original material: The documents in the file are not arranged chronologically. The title page of the file is undated. The pages are printed using printing technology. Printed forms are filled out by typewriting. Typewritten and handwritten texts are present. The text is written in black ink. Underlining, additions, and corrections are made with blue and black ink, as well as red and gray pencil. The pages are glued on the left side with white paper; some pages are glued in the middle. The pages are stained with yellow spots, and there is an ink blot. The text is faded. The file contains an envelope (folio 3).
