Fol. 5-13: protocols of the congress of the society's branch heads (December 23, 1938), including the names of those present and the locations of the branches. Fol. 14-23: list of branches of the “Union of Ukrainian Women” and delegates who attended the Regional Conference on April 15-16, 1938. 24-24: essay “Economic action of women for the development of cooperation”. Fol. 25-45: protocol of the Regional Conference of heads and representatives of branches of the “Union of Ukrainian Women” society held on April 15-16, 1938 in Lviv.

The text is written in black and blue ink and red and grey pencil; underlines and marks are in blue and red pencil; drawings are in green, blue, and red pencil. Typewritten. All sheets are glued with transparent paper on the left side. Fol. 45: drawing in blue and red pencil at the bottom of the sheet; fol. 46: drawing in green pencil in the upper left corner. The sheets are covered with yellow stains. Text is faded and pale.
