Condition of original material: The printed forms are filled in by hand. Texts are written in black pencil. Some notes, corrections, and crossings are made in red pencil; signatures are made in blue. The sheets are glued on the left side with white paper. Oxidised paper is visible on individual sheets. Fol. 9 torn and glued on the left side with transparent paper.
