Condition of original material: The file contains handwritten texts in handwritten tables. Printed forms filled in on a typewriter and manuscripts. The texts are written in black, purple and blue pencil. Corrections, notations, individual words and numbers are made in red pencil, and signatures are made in green. The blue ink of the document has faded. There are yellow spots of oxidised paper visible on individual sheets. Fol. 14: the sheet is torn on the right and left sides.
