Condition of original material: The forms printed in the printing house are filled in by hand with a blue pencil. Sheets 2 rev., 5 rev.: entries are made with a black pencil, sheet 5 vol. – with a red pencil. Individual sheets are printed on a typewriter.There are yellow spots are visible on individual sheets. The physical condition of the document in general is consistent with its age. Sheet 1 is torn in the lower left corner.
