The content describes the sanctity of various kinds of aloe. They are plants that occur naturally just like common plants. But aloes have different virtues or magical qualities and some species are as sacred as the magic spells. When applied or eaten, it will become an invulnerable thing. The way to get the aloe must provide an offering. When digging to get the aloe, the digger has to recite the Katha Itipiso and Katha Buddhaya and not to allow one’s shadow over the aloe.
