The content tells that when the Buddhist Era of 2817, there will be the Kali Era (the age of morality decaying). There, the Buddha gave the Khatha (incantations) for all people to meditate in order to take it binding the mind and be a defensive cover to survive safely from the dangers that will occur. Along with giving alms, observing the precepts, listening to the Dhamma and meditating every day will be saved from all dangers.
