The text tells about the strange behaviors of the major groups of the people in the world when the Teachings of the Buddha have passed for 3000 years. They will not believe in the teachings of their parents or teachers. They will become selfish, greedy, highly conceited and have wrong view. They will respect the parent spirits, guardian spirits and deities as the refuge. They will not believe in the Buddha’s teachings. Even if they have heard the preaching by monks, they will not believe in and not follow the teachings. Therefore, the Teachings of the Buddha have gradually declined along the time. Colophon: Folio 24 on the recto side: Chunlasangkatrasa one thousand 2 huded and 2 (corresponding with CS 1202), a kat hao year, on the eleventh day of the waning moon of the tenth lunar month, Wednesday, the writing was accomplished at the time of kòng ngai (between 7.30–9.00 o’clock). Nang Sim had the most ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Sang Hòm Thāt (Integration of the relics) to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May all our desires and wishes come true. Nirvana is the greatest bliss.
