The text tells about the journey of King Sivijaya from Videharaja city to the Mount Vanga far for 50 Yojana. Indra saw the resolute and determined intention of the king in performing the morality. The Indra thus gave his order to Vishnu to create two pavilions on the mountain. When four princes reached the mountain, they were present in the pavilions. Later, King Srivijaya was ordained as a hermit, while Queen Srivayaka was ordained as a female hermit and two kumaras were ordained as well. Colophon: Folio 25 on the recto side: Phò Khampheng or Kwan Son and his wife had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Vinaya Panha, to support the Teachings of the Buddha.
