King Siviraja and his troops invaded Videharaja city in order to seize the city and catch King Sivijaya. When they arrived, they were instructed by King Sivijaya on the ten virtues of a ruler. Later, they respected him and withdrawn troops. Colophon: Folio 26 on the recto side: Phò Khampheng or Kwan Son and his wife had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Vinaya Panha, to support the Teachings of the Buddha.
